Taking incompetence and ineptitude to levels I previously thought not possible. The utter disdain they have shown me, failing to follow basic instructions, not replying to emails and do everything in their capabilities to prevent access to withdrawals. I was only cashing a small pot pension which has now taken over 3 months and still hasn’t been completed. but will now be transferring my remaining accounts away from the business despite their undoubted best efforts at frustrating the process.
