Disappointed not to receive an acknowledgment for my...

Disappointed not to receive an acknowledgment for my application for a cash ISA. I had received an email from the provider of the transfer to say the money had gone out of their account, but nothing to indicate where it had gone. It was quite a large amount and it was some time before I received a letter and passbook to confirm the transaction to Mansfield BS had taken place. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

We are happy to hear that you are in possession of your passbook and your ISA has been successfully transferred to us. High demand for this savings account has meant that some members have experienced some delay in receiving written confirmation of their ISA transfer.
