Helpful and friendly

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I prefer going into a branch to sort out my savings and when I do, I feel very welcome. I have saved with them for many years and have found their interest rates to be higher than other local alternative providers Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Good service.

I rang to request a tax certificate. The lady who answered was very polite and made me feel like a valued customer. She said the certificate would arrive in a few says and it did. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024
