Not a lot positive about Co-op bank

The only positive thing about Co-op bank is the fact that it's a lot more ethical than other banks. However, the switch process is extremely slow and takes a lot more effort than it's worth. The app is lacking in a lot of functionality compared to other banks apps. On top of that customer service is limited and it seems as though it's a bank that's stuck in the 90's. Very efficient and smooth service

Chase Bank provides a very efficient service and is very easy to open more than one account to have different spending pots. On top of that they also provide 1% cashback on most spending. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024
