Spoke to Zoe Collins regarding maturity instructions

I phoned to advise my maturity instructions for a child's saver monthly account. The lady (Zoe) clearly understood my wishes and I feel assured these instructions will be followed. She gave clear and sound savings advice regarding other savings accounts that I hold and was happy to implement the changes I requested following her advice. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026

Passbook irregularities

I am baffled by all the entries in the passbook which are not necessarily in date order and some are superfluous and/or illogical. I questioned these in my local branch but did not receive acceptable answers. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024
