In 5 years of having a mortgage with The Melton have...

In 5 years of having a mortgage with The Melton have never been able to call heir customer service line and actually speak to someone directly. You have to leave your contact details and they call you back hours or evens days later. There is no online facility for checking details of your mortgage and if you need any information you have to call to request. It is generally an archaic level of service.
