AVOID AVOID AVOID only good at taking your £

Cover my breakdown were absolutely appalling! Broke down 30 miles from home, disabled driver in extremely cold temperatures. Signal was difficult. The only 2 times they answered the phone in over 30 minutes in queue listening to music or ring tone they did not take our location, organise anything at all. It sounded like they actually put the phone down on me and made no effort to call back! I had to arrange for an independent recovery truck who did actually keep in touch by text and phone. No stars. Out of pocket. No peace of mind. Renewal process is fine. Service when required non existent. Update: I contacted covermy for a complaints contact. They gave me [email protected]. The emails are being rejected. I have gone back to covermy for a different communication route but no response. The lack of any service of any kind continues! Only good at taking your money.
