Avoid at all costs! Shocking service

Due to the high winds/storm our roof came off, leaving our house exposed to the elements. Not only were the phone lines down for an entire day, I was then told a surveyor can’t come out for two weeks. I have then been told that if I take the matter into my own hands to at least make my house watertight I might not be covered. Since then there’s now a significant amount of damage to my bedroom, with water pouring down the walls, carpets/lights damaged. An absolute joke of a service. People on the phone don’t have any idea how to deal with the claim and then I get put through to a third party who says even though they support nationwide they can’t deal with my claim.
