We had to cancel a holiday this year due to medical issues. We were told we get £1300 back and was only paid £600 in our bank without even knowing and not been given a chance to contest it.The service from start to finish was absolutely disgusting.DO NOT USE ADMIRAL TRAVEL INSURANCE.
