Lovely Complaints department employees

Had insurance turned down because of a ‘ lost in translation’ moment…. via owner— to vets —to insurers. customer service when I complained and disputed this was nothing short of exceptional. Lovely very understanding people , it was a pleasure to chat to . I had decided I would write this review no matter what the outcome.
