Helpful Phone Call

Good experience on phone call to transfer savings account. Really easy to sort out, however I was told it would be sorted by Monday and I haven't received an update yet as of Friday. If something was sent in the post it would have been great to get a head up. But overall a good experience. Reviewed on: 10th January 2025
