Dealing with real people and not dialing numbers.

Setting up the account easy, done in person and hassle free. The one occasion I had to phone them, I got straight through to a real person who then put me straight through the the person I needed to speak to. No dialing numbers or computer voices involved, this and how banking a building societies should be run. Reviewed on: 11th January 2025
