Poor experience

Opened an online saver, took 2 weeks to get a wotking PIN. Then tried to transfer money from the nominated account and got message saying 'don't allow transfers to this type of account'. Tried a different bank and same message. Rang up and got a foreign call centre with unhelpful strong accent and lack of knowledge. Having now read other feedback will be putting my money elsewhere.
