Interest Rates and Customer Service

I like that they have good interest rates and when the base rate drops they hold it for as long as possible. Their customer service is also great. Keep doing what they do! Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Great Saving Rates and Customer Service

They hold their interest rates as high as they can for a longer duration when the Bank of England drops rates compared to their competitors. It means as a customer I get more from saving which is my main appreciation. Aside from that their customer service is also great! Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
