Trading Speed and Direct Debit Functionality

I truly appreciate the prompt response from customer service and the clear instructions provided! However, the trading process is quite slow, requiring a long time to complete. Additionally, I hope a direct debit feature can be introduced, allowing funds to be automatically withdrawn from my bank account and deposited directly into my designated portfolio, without needing to transfer money to the "cash" account first.
