Good Customer Service. Smooth ISA transition

I have recently transferred my S+S ISA from another platform and I must say everything has gone quite smoothly. I did contact customer services a couple of times with a concern or two. The responses were pretty quick and written by an actual human, answering my questions explicitly. This is refreshing, and excellent service. I have 1 pointer that could be worked on. Transferring my ISA in was not fiddly, but locating where exactly to do this was a little difficult. it could feasibly have been located in a couple of places The video help was not as clear as it could be.
