Oh dear Starling!

Quite a poor first impression to the point that I closed the account as soon as it was verified! It took days to verify and it seems you can deposit money but not withdraw until you're verified. Not clear from the beginning that the email you get that says 'Your're In' does not mean your account is totally usable (see above), CS take not hours but days to respond. Had problems with the app to right from the start; after loading the app and logging out, when you try to log back in again it took you to the 'verify' screen. You had to uninstall/reinstall the app to get beyond this screen but after logging out and logging back in you got the 'verify' screen so, yep, you had to uninstall/reinstall the app to go further.
