Got a loan 2 year ago for windows and doors the sales rep put pressure on us to sigh the contract after being in my home for 4/5 hours I got so annoyed we signed it any how got an annual statement in and was shocked at the interest rate we had hardly paid anything to the loan £255 a month we were but £220 was going to interest so we put the payments up to £350 th get rid quick but just received another annual statement and in two years we still have just under £12,000 to pay and £5,000 to interest called the rude team to querie this and was told you signed the contract that’s how it is asked for a settlement figure and was told it would be more than we are due this whole experience with them has made us sick with worry we are both sorry to have ever delt with them I’m a near ours wreck now Reviewed on: 13th December 2018
