Leek United Congleton branch, is always a pleasure to go into every week. Your staff are really helpful, friendly and polite and always give you a welcoming smile. With so many Banks and Building Societies closing and being moved online, Leek United provide a much needed happy, personal customer service experience.Long may you be here. It's always a pleasure to go into the Leek Building Society in Congleton. The staff are a great team who are all friendly, polite and extremely helpful. In this current day and age of impersonal, online and computer lead banking, it's a relief and comfort to speak to a person, face to face and see a smile and hear a welcoming hello!!
