Modern day banking

Been a HSBC customer for over 10 years and they failed to adapt to today's technologies, online and mobile banking are dreadful and painstaking to say the least. Until, I heard about the wave of fintec banking, which lead me to sign up for Starling Bank. I was able to sign up within minutes, app is easy to use with great modern features such as fingerprint security, card freezing, marketplace and being able to keep track of your transactions effortlessly on your phone. Oh and, Customer service is top notch, available 247, resolving issues timelessly unlike traditional banks. Took it to my abroad too, with no transaction it ATM fees, this card is a no brainer really! I now use Starling Bank for my business and couldn't be happier. Days of frustration are over.
