Zopa has been the best bank to deal with for a long time, everything about the bank is just approachable, the app interface is great, not glitchy, the colours are welcoming. Transfers are practically instant, it's not hard to navigate, and the way everything is set out it's easy to track. The customer service itself has been great, I'm remember a time my account got locked because I forgot my pin, I was in turkey at the time I contacted zilch and it was resolved within 5 minutes. Overall great bank I'm starting a new job soon and hopefully I'll be able to make zopa my main account that I get my wages paid into Reviewed on: 6th February 2026

Zopa is absolutely the best bank out there, everytime I've spoken to a member of staff about an issue it's been resolved immediately, the money pot scheme is great ,great earning potential I can't wait until every employer recognises them, then I'll be changing over my bank details to get tmy wages paid in with them, they're up and coming and the service they provide is better than any other online bank whether that's Monzo, or revolut or chase I completely trust zopa with my money Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
