Ahead technologically and customer service.

I’ve been using Revolut Business for nearly a year now, and I’m really impressed. The app is very user-friendly. I work with 5 banks, 4 of which are high street banks, and I was initially worried about customer service in a 'challenger bank,' but I've changed my mind. My points of contact have been quick, friendly, and efficient—much better than traditional high street staff, whose only reply to any question I may have had in the last year or so has been to 'go online.' Incidentally, we used to have 5 high street banks in our town until recently; they have all shut down, and some of them are way behind on their online platforms. For the moment, Revolut Business seems to be way ahead of the competition, both technologically and in terms of customer service. I can only highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free banking experience. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025
