Simple, efficient and leading technology

I have multiple products with Barclays and my main banking relationship, I find the service impeccable. Barclays are extremely efficient, the mobile banking app is market leading. The app is a true banking companion, it offers seamless service between conducting transactions, enhanced information and control to direct call and automatic authentication. It is a central repositiory for my relationship with Barclays and I can do everything on the app which means I don’t need to call for assistance, Barclays also contact me periodically to ensure I’m satisfied which shows their caring and responsible nature. This partnered with excellent products makes Barclays my number one choice for financial services products. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2018
