Grace and Callum have both been excellent advisors. Attentive to customer requirements, excellent knowledge of the products, in command of the mortgage process, attention to detail. Proactive in dealing with anything that comes up. Excellent communications. Prompt responses. Pleasant to deal with, making the whole process smooth.
