Grace and Callum smashed it out of the park.

Working with Grace and Callum has been an absolute delight. Thoughout the process Grace has supported me in taking seriously my situation as a first time buyer, including my situation with some light history with Adverse Credit. She appreciated my position and the level of concern i had given i was purchasing at modern auction and committing myself to £12,000 of fees from the auction date. Within a matter of days she turned around a mortgage agreement in principle that too my entire financial situation into account. Once the auction was won Callum handled everything with speed and helped me to understand the entire process. He contacted me almost daily and managed to get the lender to approve my mortgage within 7 working days which i consider impressive given it was a 12 working day lead time from the lender. If you're reading this, Thank you both Callum and Grace, you've supported me from a position of nervousness about the biggest financial decision of my life, through to being excited about getting the keys in the next few months and owning my first home!
