Big thumbs up for Tembo - thanks Matt and Jess

My first conversation with Matt was over a weekend during Christmas. Now that’s dedication. I’d been told a week before Christmas my first choice of lender had downgraded my affordability leaving me at risk of not being able to purchase my new home (it took 5 weeks to be told this). My income details weren’t quite standard but Matt was confident he could help. Within 48hrs I had a mortgage offer in place with a mainstream lender at a competitive interest rate. Jess was also amazing, she spent time on the phone with the lender explaining my circumstances and as a result I can now buy my new home.
