People focused

Barclays is a very people focused bank, unlike some of it’s competitors; their app confirms this with it’s user friendly interface and variety of support options. I decided to create a bank account with Barclays due to a friend’s recommendation, and they have certainly delivered. I have never had an issue left unresolved. I think a really important part of what makes Barclays special and stand out is that they are LGBTQ+ friendly. It’s definitely a more progressive bank, and I doubt I’ll ever leave them.
