Worst credit card company I have ever dealt with...

I have a Halifax credit card in my name only. When my partner and I took out a Halifax mortgage they changed ALL my personal details - updating my mobile number and home address to my partners address. Without my knowledge. When my partner started receiving texts about it credit card I was a bit confused. Called them and asked what was going on and all my details had been changed to his. They refused to change them back despite the fact I never changed these details. I can’t access my online account bc my access is via my mobile number - and I can’t pay my balance bc my debit card address no longer matches my credit card. I can’t pay the balance in the branch unless I pay with cash or have a Halifax current account. And the rudeness of the staff when I try to call to sort out the problems they created is frankly astounding. I have a complaint in with the ICO about the egregious GDPR violation and expect compensation but I would strongly advise anyone against taking out a Halifax account...
