I have sent, received and used pay in 3. They have always been available for issues if I have any and very convenient, friendly and their website is very user friendly. They send updates, reminders etc and not had any issues so far other than queries re payments and updating them. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026

It was easy to set up and have had no issues...I make manual payments rather than direct debit and it's a smooth process, no issues with this account from the start. No issues in shops either with payment, etc as quick as my current account card. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
