Opening an account is easy, but transfers take forever

Process of opening an account is easy, but transfers take days to be moved to external accounts. Fine if you don't need to access your money at all, but the name "easy access" is misleading. They say they money will appear in your nominated account by the next working day - that is incorrect! I am not the only one who has had this experience. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
