Review of the Chetwood Bank, Savings:

Relatively easy to use and very competitive

I haven't had to interact with Chetwood very much as yet, though that's probably a good thing as it means it's doing what I want it to do - providing a good easy access savings account. I was surprised they raised the interest rate soon after I opened my account at a time when others were maintaining or even dropping rates - it's made them even more competitive. Web portal is easy to navigate and understand, an app would be welcome but with a smart-phone (as most people have these days) the web portal isn't much more effort to use. It makes them lag behind some competitors in terms of ease of use but their rate makes up for it. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
