Positive experience with minor inconveniences.

I like that the easy access savings account provides a good interest rate and the online account is easy to use. Initially I was unsure how to pay money into the account as I could not find my details in the online account, instead they had been emailed to me. I'd prefer to access them through the account. Also the lack of an app is slightly inconvenient but I've found the online platform to work very well. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
