Savings account user experience

The processes for depositing and withdrawing cash don’t feel as secure as what i’m used to, needing to precisely state my account number EAxyzxyz as the payment reference feels easy for me to mess up while depositing. similarly the delay while withdrawing makes me feel a little queasy as to how client money is being kept separate. I’m also not a fan of the website UX. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
