Waste of my time - pathetic service

I transferred my deposit via the intermediary bank and disovered it had been sent back to my current account. No expanation given, no contact from either the intermediary bank or Chetwwood Bank. A complete waste of my time. I invested my money elsewhere. Even filling in your survey was a hassle as once I got my pass code for verification I lost my original review and the code did not work!
