The customer service was actually very good once I got in touch. The issue was with the website and layout of the account. There was no notification that it was my account, it did not have my name on it anywhere, when printed out or downloaded, so I couldn't use it to verify my identity when I needed to or prove it was my account, which I was asked to do. This meant I had to contact you in writing to ask for it to be downloaded my name on. That took time and led to a delay in getting a mortgage. It would've been better if the account has my name on in the statements instead. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
