Barclays just do it right!

I have had a few examples this year of excellent customer service from Barclays, both in person and over the phone. They have instigated great tools for customer communication over the last year or so with their chat facilities and continue to prove their worth in regards to other banks having issues with their IT systems etc when Barclays IT not only works but is always has the most intuitive systems to use from a customers perspective!
