Nationwide have a great App — I can see exactly what’s going on with my mortgage. I also have a flex plus account with them and it’s so convenient. I was stuck once -struggling to pay the mortgage and Nationwide arranged a mortgage holiday — it was easy to arrange and didn’t cost us anything g as we’d made overpayments. A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful.
