Excellent service

I feel very comfortable using Virgin Money unlike another card provider I used. I had a query which was dealt with promptly with one 'phone call by a very helpful and friendly member of staff who explained things clearly to me. My problem was immediately solved and, as promised, my account was updated in minutes. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2019
