Very happy with Vernon

The savings rates are good, I also had my help to buy ISA with Vernon which was the best option around. The customer service is great. Although when closing my Help to Buy the member of staff did make a mistake with my balance, but he was new so understandable and easily fixed. Overall, very happy with Vernon.
