As a local church badminton club, we are very lucky...

As a local church badminton club, we are very lucky to have The Vernon in our village. All the banks have gone, and we value the friendly advice and welcome from the staff. Any problems are sorted easily, and we regularly pay into our account, transfer money and pay bills, with their help. We also value the link with the Vernon staff who have volunteered in the church cafe and Thrift Shop. A proper village community! Reviewed on: 13th January 2026

Friendly, Local Service.

There’s always a friendly welcome from the staff in the Bramhall branch, and it is so good to have face to face advice and help these days - all other banks and building societies have abandoned our village. Our local church badminton group also bank with the same branch, and have done so for years - long may it continue! Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
