The Marsden - Caveat Emptor!

The Marsden no longer employ in-house mortgage advisors and provide no advice as to the suitability of any mortgage product offered to the customer. Instead, should you request it, they refer you to the Mortgage Advice Bureau. This organisation charges for its service. Thus, with the Marsden, it's Caveat Emptor, as they offer an execution-only service. In my opinion, this is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Marsden.
