Great local asset and very friendly staff

I have been going into my local branch on a regular basis ,ever since they opened in Marple .The staff are extremely friendly ,pleasant and helpful , one of them recommended the new online saving account to me , which I acted upon. It feels like walking into a family, and sooo good to have such personal service , where the customer is valued , unlike the attitudes of the major banks , of which we have none left locally . Very friendly and helpful staff at my local branch

Very friendly staff at my local branch in Marple . Have been using the Vernon for over 40 years . They know me by name and went out of their way to help when had to transfere money when I made a big purchase Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
