Vernon Building Society customer service.

Myself and my family have been customers of the Vernon BS for generations and have always been very satisfied the service received. It is good to be able to go into a branch or telephone them and deal with a real person instead of having no other choice than to deal with a company online. Reviewed on: 20th February 2026

My savings and investments

Myself and previous generations of my family have had savings accounts with the Vernon since its inception and my daughter has her mortgage with the Vernon. I like the fact that you can still go in and speak to someone personally or telephone them and speak to someone immediately as well which I class as being good customer service. I also find their products to be attractive and competitive when compared to other companies. Reviewed on: 27th January 2025
