All staff that I have had the pleasure of speaking to have been wonderful. I have just stair cased to buying 100% of my property (shared ownership) the process of completing was a long frustrating process to say the least. all staff that helped me with advice were fantastic. My mortgage plan had run out so had to pay extra each month. Each month one of your staff called to update me on addition costs so that I could budget. They were very understanding of my situation and helped me understand that Mansfield would always support until the house had completed.
