Breakdown callout truck never turned up

Called for breakdown help/pick up as I damaged my front wheel, told to wait for max. 1 hour, 2 hours later still no truck, called truck company and admiral, said it’s on the way but the truck never showed up. Managed to hitch hike back to town and 1 hour after arriving home (4hiurs after breakdown) admiral call saying truck is not coming as it’s late and they couldn’t find me (I sent screenshots of maps and directions to both admiral and the truck company). Just received email saying they won’t refund me for callout of breakdown truck. Do not use admiral Reviewed on: 4th January 2019
