I have a new account and the service I have received has been very inefficient.

I have been unable to get the information I require or any help in getting it. I now have to make a trip into the local branch which has proved itself quite unhelpful in the past in order to get the information I require. My telephone, other bank accounts and building societies all have either people on line or on the phone who are able to give helpful advice. I have wasted 2 afternoons now trying to get the information my husband and I both need through the on line banking service with no result. Reviewed on: 4th January 2019
