10 weeks and still waiting.. £3.5K out of pocket

10 weeks and still waiting. I am over 3.5K out of pocket for various CT scans at the moment and the still waiting to hear if they will pay out. My dog needs surgery that that £3.5k back is needed the vets for the said operation. When I called them, they had not even looked at the claim and had not even got the medical history from my dogs regular vets (only the referral vet). I have had to chase twice for them to even contact my vets for the relevant medical history. Absolutely terrible service. Oh and there on-line login has been unavailable since early December.
