These guys have stuck by us through a tough process...

These guys have stuck by us through a tough process from the beginning of our self build right through to completion. It's impossible to portray in a small review piece what they've done, but they were the only lender that would help us being so remote (Orkney) and they facilitated our dream. Lana Beech was our advisor throughout, she's experienced me at my best and at my worst and I can never really thank her properly other than to tell everyone through this review process how her hard work and efforts facilitated what was the most stressful experience of our lives. A company who values their clients

We have recently secured a second product with the Hanley after a successful 2 years of self build mortgage borrowing. This process has been challenging for both the mortgage company and ourselves as clients. Specifically, Lana, our advisor, and Danielle and Lauren in Underwriting were particularly supportive and helpful throughout and without their knowledge, expertise and a great deal of patience, we wouldn't have got through to mortgage offer stage. The Hanley have worked with us to find a suitable product and it felt like a collective process rather than one in which suits the lender only.
