Archaic, 19th century bank.

Archaic, 19th century bank. Can't do anything online without filling out forms that disappear into the ether. If anything is wrong with them, they don't speak to you. Locked out of telephone banking after mis typing my security pin by 1 digit, once. No second try. Took over a business using HSBC banking in JUNE, and now in January of the following year, I STILL don't have access to online banking. I absolutely, categorically, hate this bank.
