Really poor customer service - charged 2.5% to decrease credit card limit

Incredibly long winded process to get through to the right department. Unhelpful and unclear customer service. Charging 2.5% to decrease the limit on my account and not understanding or explanation as to why from the customer service team. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019
